Vitamin & Mineral Complex is a dietary supplement that provides a carefully balanced dose of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin & Mineral is an AM (night) and PM (day) system where substances that are suitable for taking in the morning are alone in a capsule and substances that are common to use for recovery and rest are in another capsule for the evening.
In total, there are 29 active ingredients including white C and E and Selenium for protecting the cells against oxidative stress. Zinc and vitamin D to maintain the immune system. B vitamins including B1, B2 and niacin to support metabolism. Magnesium for normal muscle function and protein synthesis as well as chromium for maintaining normal blood sugar.
When the Vitamin & Mineral complex was created, researchers from Swedish Supplements have highlighted all these factors and looked at when during the day we most need different subjects? Which substances work together in synergy in the body? The answer comes in this system. Vitamin Mineral Complex is a highly dosed product in many cases much higher than the RI (Reference Intake) in percent and thus adapted to work for those who have an increased need for these nutrients.
However, the dosage is designed so that of each individual substance all within the prescribed range EFSA recommended where the highest value is a ceiling called "Upper limit".
The package includes two cans of 60 capsules in each jar, a total of 120 capsules, which provides 60 days of consumption (one capsule of vitamin in the morning (white can) and one capsule of mineral in the evening (black can).
