Solid and strong but very light duffel bag with plenty of space for all training gear.A large ventilated compartment with a D-shaped opening gives you a quick overview and access to the contents. A large ventilated end compartment for used training clothes or shoes. A small pocket with Velcro on the inside of the main compartment for keys, mobile, etc. You also have an outside compartment with a zipper along the entire long side for things that you want to access quickly. In addition, you have a large mesh compartment on one short side for the water bottle, gloves or anything else you want to access quickly and easily.
