Budo-Nord Exercise Baton
In collaboration with Hans Greger (Chief Instructor for Swedish Ju-jutsukai), we have developed an exercise baton for self-defense training. The weight, length and circumference of the baton are made with regard to the requirements for training in clubs.

Common to all the batons is the length approx. 50 cm and the diameter 4.5 cm.
Black weighs approx. 310 gr.
Red and blue weigh approx. 170 gr.
