With the free app iConsole + you can easily create your own interval sessions and training routes in «map my route» and in the paid app Kinomap train to videos from exciting training routes from all over the world.

With the free app ZWIFT (cycling mode) you have the possibility to run training programs that allow you to train and compete in a virtual world against yourself and others.
